These are Katniss and Peeta's kids playing with their daddy's art supplies! Ok, so they weren't named in the end of Mockingjay, so I took it upon myself to do the honors.
The girl is Ivy Primrose Mellark, but she just goes by Ivy. She's the oldest of the siblings at six years old. Inherited her father's artistic ability and gentleness. Not gifted as far as intelligence, but not dumb either. Incredibly sweet, trusting (a little too trusting), nurturing, motherly type. Can be duped into doing almost anything, though she means well.

Remus Fennick Mellark is the boy. Four years old, inherited his Mother's precocious-ness, and his father's intellect. Quite imprudent and friendly, he hasn't a fear in the world, and will do anything to keep anybody smiling. Somewhat audacious and even a bit of a flirt for such a young boy, but very sweet-natured and loyal.
